Great car buying experience.!! I went thinking I would not leave with a vehicle from there with my credit or what I could afford.! Rich approached me when I arrived and was willing I went thinking I would not leave with a vehicle from there with my credit or what I could afford.! Rich approached me when I arrived and was willing to listen to what I needed and what I was looking for.! First time buying a car completely on my own with no consigner and I have to say it was a great experience all the way around.! The whole staff was friendly and welcoming.! When I got approved and signed there was multiple people who congratulated me which in my opinion was different than any other place I had purchased a vehicle from.!!! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go see them.! Ask for rich.! I love my 2017 Hyundai Sonata.!!! More

You need to decide if this posting helps you decide I have mixed feelings, after reading you would understand... Sales people were very friendly, ours was very nice; smelled like cigarettes everytime he I have mixed feelings, after reading you would understand... Sales people were very friendly, ours was very nice; smelled like cigarettes everytime he walked back to us. He was patient with my wife and I to pick out a car she liked. The manager and sales guy asked how much we would be willing to pay, $300 max, then they show us a price of $500!!! I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot what I said?!? We could not get financing that night, too late??? So my wife was waiting the entire next day no call??? She goes down there and no paperwork!! After an hour they come up with a price I can deal with over the phone, after I talked to the salesman he tells me the finance percent is 7% so my wife and I agree, she signs the paper work without me there and comes home with 9%!!! I tell them the following day, they say it was a verbal mistake, but the $ amount is correct.... Hmm, most businesses would do something for there mistake, but NOTHING? 2nd issue: My wife found lots of garbage under seats shortly after having the car, they need to get better cleaning people(I have photo to prove of garbage) 1 week later... 3rd issue: They did not send payment to previous loan company, saying that they do not pay until it is due? (2 weeks after purchasing car and selling them our car) So you need to decide if this posting helps you decide if you want to go there. More
