I was surprised to see all new faces at the service and parts department. I was there for a lube , oil, and oil filter change per my notice from my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle there approximately two and a half years ago and this visit was charged double the price of my last service. Thankfully the person at the service desk adjusted the bill.
