Customers are the last thing on her mind I've been looking for a SUV and I found a couple I was interested in. I began texting Ellen at exactly 12:59pm and I barely got out what color I was i I've been looking for a SUV and I found a couple I was interested in. I began texting Ellen at exactly 12:59pm and I barely got out what color I was interested in and she started saying"I gotta go,my sales manager is paging me"It was 1:04 pm so I thought M.M. sold cars but apparently they don't care and she told me they had at least 70 SUVs on the lot,really??more like 30 and 1/2 could of been employees,,so I was going to AT least look but I viewed the lot &20 total at the most,This was the 1st time I had any w/ Ellen or w/Matthews and you can believe it will be the last.Ive bought alot of cars but I've never been treated so rudely,Matthews needs a course in HUMAN DECENCY & GOOD OLE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY.I WAS INTERESTED IN A 60,000 SUV but beware!! They don't need your business or money.I was completely shocked by her attitude😡. I was going tomorrow to see what they had but I don't tolerate rude people and Ellen is never going to sell a bicycle with her attitude much less a car !!!😵🚴😞🚴😵RUN. 🏃ELLEN RUN🏃.a little quote from Forest Gump,I was going to just say Forest but I was worried she'd miss the reference because she made a sales person miss a tidy commission.today,Good Job I'm certain the sales people will bring you doughnuts tomorrow Ellen.
