Salesman was unknowledgeable and incompetent While we were there for 5+ hours after being told that the car was dirty, they didnt bother to even try to detail it. The salesman( Gary) blames the While we were there for 5+ hours after being told that the car was dirty, they didnt bother to even try to detail it. The salesman( Gary) blames the detail man, meanwhile the detailers said the salesman never mentioned that it needed to be done nor gave them the keys. (The detail man Greg was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful) Greg stated that the vehicle would have been washed, detailed, and filled with gas had he known it needed to be done, yet our salesman never bothered to inform anyone of anything. After getting home after dark we discovered that 5 lamps on the car were not working, there was atleast 1/4 in. Of silt in the coolant reservoir, and it was almost completely out of oil! The oil that was present was BLACK which is hard to do with full synthetic! I have no idea how they obtained an inspection certificate for this car, but it wasnt on the up and up for sure. We were told that it was a trade in from a friend of a salesman and sat for over 3 mos. Absolutely nothing was done to this car after after it was traded in! It sat in the lot until I purchased it. I had to make an appointment to have this vehicle serviced as it should have been for its routine inspection which it would not have passed the way it was sold to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More

Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car! Tacoma was so helpful and found exactly what we wanted. Disappointed The staff was nice. But when my husband inquired about a certain car, they said to come into the dealership to look at it. Well, we get to the dealers The staff was nice. But when my husband inquired about a certain car, they said to come into the dealership to look at it. Well, we get to the dealership and the car isn’t even there..it’s at a different dealership 2 hours away, and we live over an hour away to begin with, which they knew, so it was pretty inconsiderate on their part. We end up buying the car anyways, but they will have to deliver it to us. We make sure multiple times that they are able to do so, since we live on base. We kept being told it’s no problem, they do this all the time. Ok great! One less thing for us to do. So, come to the day it gets delivered, they told us they’d call us first thing in the morning with an about time of delivery, but we never heard anything so my husband had to be the one to make the call to get any answers. The car finally makes it to base, and what would ya know? They can’t get on base! The dealership didn’t even tell the gentleman that were delivering the car that we lived on base, so they had no idea. Super nice guys though. So my husband gets in the car, and the dealership said they’d detail the car before it comes to us. Ya know, dealerships do that anyways for their customers. Well, my husband gets in it, and it wasn’t detailed at all. There’s sticky stuff in the cup holders, it’s just dirty. Pretty disappointing. We expected more from this place after looking at the reviews beforehand. More
