I rate Matthews Motors to the highest rate and beyond. I had been looking for a used car on every website I could find and been to dealerships. I was a little skeptical when first hearing about this dealership, but on arrival my opinions immediately changed. From the moment that I walked through the door, I was greeted and welcomed. I orginally was there browsing and seen a 2010 Dodge Charger. I loved the car and it was in excellent condition. My fiance talked to Murph about the vehicle for me and Murph took my information and got Charger. I loved the car and it was in excellent condition. He even stayed after closing time to make sure that I was taken care of. I have never sat in a dealership no less than 6-8 hours. Murph had me out of there and in my new car in less than 2. The car I was interested in had been driven home by a staff person at dealership. They sent a driver to the home of the staffer (1 hr away) and the car was brought to me that very night! They actually work on the premise that serving your best interest will benefit all those involved. I couldn't believe it. They WANT to give you the best! My bride and I worked with Victoria Godwin, a dedicated, professional young lady and mother of four 'ear to ear' smiling children...as indicated by the picture on her desk. That brings another point. It is very family oriented there. Finally, my beautiful bride and I have purchased eight automobiles in our twenty years together. We've bought from Carmax, Darryl Burke, Hendrick, and a couple more I cannot recall. Nothing compared to the experience we had at Matthews Motors.
