I have been coming to Matthews Motors for years for thier honesty and reasonable pricing. In recent months management has changed and I myself have seen changes that maybe good for the pockets of Matthews M honesty and reasonable pricing. In recent months management has changed and I myself have seen changes that maybe good for the pockets of Matthews Motors but customers like myself may be looking for another service center. Just a few examples, used to be of you baught tired from them you get free tire rotation. Not anymore new policy for new management. Now they have 3 tiers of oil changes, a basic oil change is now $69 which I understand inflation but I have never paid that much for an oil change on my 13 Kia. The whole vibe of the service dept has changed in my opinion. If it wasn't for my trust in one of the service advisors I wouldn't even take my vehicles here anymore. It's hard to find a trustworthy service center. It's unfortunate of the changes to the service dept. I even at one time thought of buying a new vehicle. This decision has since changed. Inam sure I am not the only customer that feels this way. More

My experience with Matthew Motors Clayton was an exceptionally great experience. Ali(car sales person) and Kim(financials) were amazing. My situation was a complex one but they both did everything exceptionally great experience. Ali(car sales person) and Kim(financials) were amazing. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingne professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingness to take accountability for their mistakes. After several visits and countless excuses, my car is still not functioning properly. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it seems they are more focused on avoiding responsibility than actually fixing the problem. I expected much better service, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership if they want to avoid the same frustration. More
