The issue they fixed is still not truly fixed! They also installed a used part without my knowledge or consent! They had to keep my car for an extra day and refused to provider a loaner. In past had a good experience. . this last visit they had my car all day and when I checked in around lunch time it had not been looked at … I had made the appointment a week earlie . this last visit they had my car all day and when I checked in around lunch time it had not been looked at … I had made the appointment a week earlier… I was having the exact same issue as the recall repair they had done less then a year earlier. When I had made the appointment the service person said if I leave it for the day they will look at it and get it taken care of …. I realize things get busy but I had an appointment… at 4 pm I called back and was told no one has looked at it yet … so I said just put keys in it and I will come get it as I live about 1 hour away . Then after being on hold on and off after a couple transfers .. they supposedly looked at it and saw nothing wrong and wanted me to get an unnecessary 700$ tune up .. not taking into consideration what I had told them about what the car was doing .. I politely declined the service reminded them I at that point asked them already to just put keys in car and I was on way to get it .. then they wanted to charge me a 165 $ fee for plugging it in and seeing what was wrong again after I said I was on my way to get it and lock it up … eventually they took off the charge after talking with manager .. I listed to how you could get service done just by bringing car in on commercials they played when I was in hold .. I had an appointment and dint get giid service at alll More
