Waited over a year for the part & then it took (3) days without my car for the work to be done..... VERY unhappy about the chaos of the facility & the rampant confusion of when extra work & parts would without my car for the work to be done..... VERY unhappy about the chaos of the facility & the rampant confusion of when extra work & parts would be ready. Too many people who DID NOT communicate with me unless I called...It appears that nobody talks to each other there. No one called back as the stated they would Chris was rude & impatient until the end when perhaps he was told that he had a VERY unhappy customer by other staff. More

I learned that there is only one belt and that was replaced last year. I also learned that you had to take the belt off to replace the compressor. I was waiting for the car and wasn't informed until replaced last year. I also learned that you had to take the belt off to replace the compressor. I was waiting for the car and wasn't informed until 11 that the belt and tensioner had to be replaced, This added an additional four hour wait for me. My appointment was for 8:30. More
