This is the second review I have been emailed. I still have the same poor rating. I worked with Cory, Cory was very professional to me, the Dealership is at fault here, On 8/7 I left my 2016 Mits I still have the same poor rating. I worked with Cory, Cory was very professional to me, the Dealership is at fault here, On 8/7 I left my 2016 Mitsubishi for routine spark plug replacement, and investigate a noise, Cory called me and said he needs to keep the vehicle a second day, as Parts only has 2 spark plugs in stock !!! Really ? also staff did not get the wheel bearing replaced on Monday, (Thanks, it was covered under drivetrain warrenty), When I got the bill for $383.58 for 4 spark plugs I was shocked, my previous email stated I would get a call back, so far no call. That works out to $95.89 per spark plug, That's Outrageous. Also since Matthews took away all of our Auto Rewards dollars and club, now service IS a top priority. More

My paperwork said a 23 point inspection was completed but I had to fill my tires after the appointment. One tire was at 27 and should’ve been at 36. The other 3 tires were much closer to target psi but still I had to fill my tires after the appointment. One tire was at 27 and should’ve been at 36. The other 3 tires were much closer to target psi but still low. My battery is also almost drained and will need to be charged at my next service appointment. I am not familiar with car servicing so it’s very possible that 23 point inspections are attached to different criteria at different dealerships but the checklist I looked at had tire pressure and battery listed on it. I already wrote a google review (because my survey expired or I would’ve kept it internal) after my car was incorrectly reassembled after 4 months in their service. If I hadn’t purchased the service package when I purchased my car I’d just leave y’all be but I don’t essentially prepayed to keep coming back. I still give 3 starts because I have to assume they have some solid, hard working and experienced people there trying to make a living as I’ve come in contact with some awesome people both in service and sales while visiting this location. Im just over it. More
