They went out of their way I had been to the Mathews Kia dealship and had a bad experience. I asked that the car be brought to the parkway location and dealt with mike He and I had been to the Mathews Kia dealship and had a bad experience. I asked that the car be brought to the parkway location and dealt with mike He and his sales manager went out of their way to get me into the right car for me and were patient and very understanding of my thoughts and needs after a week of back and forth between 2 suv’s I decided on the VW Atlas and completely satisfied with my choice. I’m not sure I would have stayed there if mike hadn’t been as professional as he was. He never gave up on having a satisfied customer. I have sent my daughter to him for a new car and would send any of my family member to him as well. Kudos to mike and his manager. The way things should work. More
