Very friendly and patient I am so happy and satisfied with my experience at Matthews Auto. Straight to the point Went in looking for a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Lt that I saw on the website for Matthews planet preowned. Came in and started to search the lot. Jack fou Went in looking for a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Lt that I saw on the website for Matthews planet preowned. Came in and started to search the lot. Jack found me and was very sociable and helpful. He looked up the car to see if it was on their lot. And come to find out it was Matthews Chevy lot on old vestal road. He took the time to go out and grab the car and bring back to planet preowned. We went for a test drive and I immediately fell for the car. There was some cosmetic issues though. So he was more than willing to drive together back over to old vestal road to check out the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Lt, and I could pass up the deal. Couple of extra features , way less mileage and no damage to the cars exterior. All in all a very happy buying experience and will go back to Jack Richardson at Matthews planet preowned in the future More
