Adam and the dealership went above and beyond for our VW purchase! Due to the dealership not having an in transit tag (PA), to make it right, they came to my house to have me sign and then took the paperwor purchase! Frankly, I knew exactly what I was looking for when I first called Matthews and they had just the right vehicle--except for the color I was originally hoping for. With a refundable deposit from me, Matthews held the vehicle they had in stock for a week, making it possible for me to check out other dealers who might have had the "exact match" of the vehicle I was seeking. In fact, I located the same model I was looking for in the color I preferred at a dealer in southern Pennsylvania. However, after much thought, I decided to go with a local dealer (Matthews) and, so far, I do not regret the decision--and I am more than satisfied with the color I ended up with as well.
