I owned my car since 2016 and never had any issues getting it serviced until May of 2023 when my vehicle had to be towed due an engine issue. I had to call the dealership weekly to get updates on the getting it serviced until May of 2023 when my vehicle had to be towed due an engine issue. I had to call the dealership weekly to get updates on the status of my car. I would have appreciated open communication from the dealership bare minimum even if I only received an estimate for how long my vehicle would be out of commission. I recognize that the dealerships are busy due to recent thefts and vandalism in Rochester but one would assume that communication is the basis of good customer service. More
