I owned my car since 2016 and never had any issues getting it serviced until May of 2023 when my vehicle had to be towed due an engine issue. I had to call the dealership weekly to get updates on the getting it serviced until May of 2023 when my vehicle had to be towed due an engine issue. I would have appreciated open communication from the dealership bare minimum even if I only received an estimate for how long my vehicle would be out of commission. I recognize that the dealerships are busy due to recent thefts and vandalism in Rochester but one would assume that communication is the basis of good customer service. More
This dealership is worse dealership ever had in my life. I had a great experience in 2020 when I bought it. But that appointment was changed my mind about my lovely car 2020 KIA Sportage. I had an app life. I had a great experience in 2020 when I bought it. But that appointment was changed my mind about my lovely car 2020 KIA Sportage. I had an appointment for car inspection and oil change last week and now I got a email saying the inspection will be on August the next month. I’m so confused right now because I paid around $27 dollars and no one explained why that money was paid for. I was waiting more than 30 minutes sitting on couch, watching TV, waisting times, energy and gasoline in order to get my service done. One of them was showing me a paper has a different prices cost around $73.I shocked when I went back home and I got nothing done. They took off the oil change and car inspection stickers and they put safety emission sticker. Even though, before I left the dealership I asked one of them about the stupid yellow sticker and he says “the New York State inspection sticker was changed and NY York State change everything”. They lied to me and steal my money. I don’t ask for safety emission and now I’m gonna ask for a refund in addition to $5 discount for the online appointment plus time, energy, gasoline waste. I am waiting to hear back from you guys, thanks. More
I was not given everything that was wrong with my car. My mechanic did not do a good job of letting me know what was wrong outside of insurance covering it.
