Matthew Kia did a great job when I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated. And I was pleasantly surprised when I got back in my car and it had been washed! I usually go for all my needs. However since my car theft, everything has been a nightmare! There was no call back until I kept being persistent. Nobody has the parts. It’s been almost 10 months with no vehicle for me ! Every time one thing gets fixed another one is allegedly broken. The most recent drop off the shop said what was wrong, Kia said no and it was something else. Waited a week for that part, then a few days for it to be fixed. Then guess what ? It failed and it was the original problem that was already told to them on day one and now I’m on another emergency priority list ( last time I was on this list for over 4 months) with no anticipated date of getting the part and no anticipated completion. BEYOND FRUSTRATED! More

On September 18th 2023 I brought my 2014 Kia Optima SXL Turbo in for a minor service. I had a great experience, service was pleasant and I got my car back in a reasonable, timely manner. Bradley was profe Turbo in for a minor service. I had a great experience, service was pleasant and I got my car back in a reasonable, timely manner. Bradley was professional and helpful and he does go out of his way to give you his best service. However, I've had a few hiccups after I had my new engine replaced (a recall) and it was a bit frustrating and inconsistent for me, but Bradley always tries his best to make things right. I've always loved my car from the day I bought it from them and I always took very good care of it all 9 years..it's just too bad Kia's engine failed me with this car. Hopefully, I will get another 91,000 miles on this newly installed engine!! Thank you Guys @ Matthew Kia of Greece for all you great service!!! 👍🏻 More

I had trouble scheduling an appointment by phone but easily did so on the website.
