Dropped off my car at 10:30 am to have the trim around my rear window repaired. 6 hrs later I received a call telling me that they have to order the part and will call me when it comes in. So I will have to rear window repaired. 6 hrs later I received a call telling me that they have to order the part and will call me when it comes in. So I will have to bring the car back to have the repair done. Not Happy!!! More
I have a 2016 KIA Sorento that had a recall on the engine. The engine seized while I was driving, the engine was replaced to be replaced again a few years later at no cost to me. Thats great, however, 2 years later on a supposably new engine, I started to notice the same type of symptoms from before and brought it in before things get worst. This is what they said to me. "You need a new engine and it's not covered under the warrantee based on the Millage on your car" I was like wait; you can base this off of the millage due to it being a relatively new engine. Mr. Silverio from the service department continued to suggest that I have to pay for a new engine ($6,000 Plus Bucks) and became upset with me because I was upset about this news that I was not expecting. No sympathy no other options. this is 100% unfair. I keep all my car up to date with its maintenance and they are not taking responsibility but are willing to take my money. I asked to speak to someone else since Mr. Silverio can't handle upset customers, its been 3 hours and no one has called to check in with me. More
