I have a 2016 KIA Sorento that had a recall on the engine. The engine seized while I was driving, the engine was replaced to be replaced again a few years later at no cost to me. Thats great, however, engine. The engine seized while I was driving, the engine was replaced to be replaced again a few years later at no cost to me. Thats great, however, 2 years later on a supposably new engine, I started to notice the same type of symptoms from before and brought it in before things get worst. This is what they said to me. "You need a new engine and it's not covered under the warrantee based on the Millage on your car" I was like wait; you can base this off of the millage due to it being a relatively new engine. Mr. Silverio from the service department continued to suggest that I have to pay for a new engine ($6,000 Plus Bucks) and became upset with me because I was upset about this news that I was not expecting. No sympathy no other options. this is 100% unfair. I keep all my car up to date with its maintenance and they are not taking responsibility but are willing to take my money. I asked to speak to someone else since Mr. Silverio can't handle upset customers, its been 3 hours and no one has called to check in with me. More

I wish I could give it a 1/2 Star. Had appointment at 10:00am to have oil changed. Waited for car and service individual found me in waiting in. Display Room and was asked to have all four tires replaced when inspection report showed ok. There is only 24487 miles on car. One tire was replaced at 12,000 miles but now needs to be replaced again. I handed pricing for tires back to service individual and said no. At 11:00 I was told car ready and to cash out. I go out to service bay where car is suppose to be with keys inside car. THERE was NO CAR. When asked where car or keys were no one knew. They tried to give me a 2022 silver KIA soul. Mine is black. It took 15 minutes to locate my car STILL in service bay with technician no where in sight with keys in car. When I was told they said they were waiting for the car wash. I requested my car immediately. Two hours later I had my car. I will NEVER return to Matthews any dealership ever. More
