I had an appointment to have recalls completed in April I took my car to the dealership and left it there for several hours to be informed they did not have the parts for 3 of the recalls it was there for an took my car to the dealership and left it there for several hours to be informed they did not have the parts for 3 of the recalls it was there for and it would need to be brought back once the parts arrived. I was never contacted again regarding the parts ever arriving. A couple months later I called back to see if the parts were there to have the recalls done and spoke to Tom in parts who said they were. I then brought my car back a second time for the recalls as well as the anti theft software update in September. When I arrived to pick up my car after the work had been done, I found my license plate and cover had been damaged when the car was brought out to me as if it had been hit or the car hit something as it was half hanging off with one screw. An employee did come out to bend the plate and cover back and put screws back on the plate. I then observed the contents of my armrest had been rummaged through while the car was at the dealer as everything inside was disheveled and not where I left it. There was no work completed in the car that would require any one to go through my armrest or the contents inside. Luckily, I left nothing of value in my car however it is concerning as to why someone would be in there to begin with. I do appreciate the car service that was available to get me to the location and back and the staff I interacted with at the desk were friendly. More
The mechanics, the office staff, both are attentive and follow through. The waiting area is convenient and helps pass the time.
