Matthews Kia of Greece - Service Center

Both times received incorrect information about my car. First time they said I needed things that I had had just had done, filters and such. Second time I asked that they checked the battery, They told me it was at zero charge. Then why would it start? Had it checked somewhere else? My battery charge was at 350. Seems like they're more of a sales department than a service department. Not impressed More

Worse parts & service department. After 5 times scheduling appts they COULDN'T INSTALL THE ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION in my mom's Kia Sedona. Still waiting for a call back from Joe or Brad After 5 times scheduling appts they COULDN'T INSTALL THE ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION in my mom's Kia Sedona. Still waiting for a call back from Joe or Bradley to solve this issue. Mom ended with a pacemaker on Oct 16 23 because the bad time she have at the dealer & how she was treated making a fool of her saying that it was installed when it wasn't. Be carefull customers this could happen to anyone. More
