The service writer was fine. I made an appt for 8am my car wasnt viewed until i called at 11-1130 for an update. I was told because i wasnt waiting my car didnt go first as peopl I made an appt for 8am my car wasnt viewed until i called at 11-1130 for an update. A Simple old change and tire rotation takes 2hrs while I wait. Unacceptable and unsatisfactory. The service employee could not relay my msg properly to the mechanic twice while I was there. I still didn't wait. Unacceptable and unsatisfactory. The service employee could not relay my msg properly to the mechanic twice while I was there. I still didn't get my answer to my questions. I'll be glad when my prepaid service is over so I can go to my trusted mechanic. Also my hood latch was malfunctioning, I noticed this when the attendant tried slamming my hood down at least 5 times to get it to latch. I came out to see what the noise was and told the guy to be easy on my truck. He looked like I'd just caught his had in the cookie jar... Super angry Customer here. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
