A Simple old change and tire rotation takes 2hrs while I wait. Unacceptable and unsatisfactory. The service employee could not relay my msg properly to the mechanic twice while I was there. I still didn't wait. Unacceptable and unsatisfactory. The service employee could not relay my msg properly to the mechanic twice while I was there. I still didn't get my answer to my questions. I'll be glad when my prepaid service is over so I can go to my trusted mechanic. Also my hood latch was malfunctioning, I noticed this when the attendant tried slamming my hood down at least 5 times to get it to latch. I came out to see what the noise was and told the guy to be easy on my truck. He looked like I'd just caught his had in the cookie jar... Super angry Customer here. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Both times received incorrect information about my car. First time they said I needed things that I had had just had done, filters and such. Second time I asked that they checked the battery, They told me First time they said I needed things that I had had just had done, filters and such. Second time I asked that they checked the battery, They told me it was at zero charge. Then why would it start? Had it checked somewhere else? My battery charge was at 350. Seems like they're more of a sales department than a service department. Not impressed More
