My apple car play hadn't been working for some time. It apparently needed an update that was supposed to take between 3-4 hours to complete. I didn't have time on my oil change appointment so reschedule It apparently needed an update that was supposed to take between 3-4 hours to complete. I didn't have time on my oil change appointment so rescheduled it for another day when I had a little more time. I called and spoke to Ashley the day before that appointment to see if I dropped off the car the day prior that they could start it as soon as they came in the next day. She said yes, that would work since they check the drop box when they get in for the day. My appointment was originally scheduled for 9am which I changed it to 8:30am instead to get it done quicker. I dropped the car the day before and at 8:50am the day of my appointment my car had not been started or worked on. I called and they told me they were working on it, which was not true since I have the kia app and my car wasn't on and hasn't been unlocked either. The dealership finally sent a message that they were starting to work on it at 9:15am and to text the number if there was any questions and they could help. I messaged the number twice within two hours and there was no response. Finally I called the dealership around 2:30 to get an update and the process was still not complete. By 3:15/3:30 the car was finally done. Thankfully, the issue was fixed however, I did not like to be ignored while asking specific questions about my vehicle while it was in for service. More
Had a 9 AM appointment. Dropped car off the night before. Called at 10:40 to find out if it was done. John indicated he just found out about my car and they were busy.
