the good and the bad the venue was clean the salesmen was very professional the music was terrible I dont prefer to listen to hip hop rap music. the manager was a jerk h the venue was clean the salesmen was very professional the music was terrible I dont prefer to listen to hip hop rap music. the manager was a jerk he put my car outside to bring a car off the show room in for a commercial the next day it was 730pm maybe 35 degrees and not lighted very well and cold. the salesman did his best to introduce us to the car and its features my wife was standing in the cold looking in the door next to me. needless to say a few days later my wife was running out of gas and did not know where the gas cover release was. wich would have been shown to us if we werent cold and just wanted to leave . Absolutely disgusted I have never been treated so badly by a service manager( mike Dinoto) I dropped m can off for an oil change And 2 recalls. I picked my van up with more damage and problems then when I dropped it off. They would not take responsibility for the damage that they did. MATT BROWN Hi there, If you are reading this and thinking about getting a car I 100% suggest going to kia and dealing with MATT BROWN. MATT BROWN was real nice & never pushy and worked with us. Every-time we had some trouble we called MATT BROWN (on his personal phone #) that he gave us. Granted that is not that rare but.. We never had to leave a message. MATT BROWN worked as hard as I could have asked of any-one too. In fact I have never EVER seen some one work to get the sale the way that MATT BROWN did. Here is n ex-sample We went into Kia to look at a Prius that was in the front he immediately pointed out that there where a couple of them and that this one was this price and so on. After we looked at all of them and test drove (which MATT made real easy for us) all of them. We wanted to look at other ones from other dealerships MATT never snickered at us for this in fact we even drove one into the kia dealership that we where thinking about buying. He then dropped the price for us. Then after that I called back and said that was not good enough. MATT then called us back with a better price. Which in turn I said that is not a good price. He then went back and found his boss and asked him to talk to us. We where able to get the car at the price that we wanted. I could not believe that this man(Matt Brown) worked so hard for us. I could tell that every minute that he was working was hard work. And I think that he would do that for anyone So No matter what kinda car you are looking for go to kia and ask for MATT BROWN I can not say how happy I am right now, and it is all because of MATT BROWN and how hard that he works. Once again if you are going to but a car go to fuccillo kia of greece and ASK FOR MATT BROWN he will not let you down and on top of that He is not pushy and will not try to sell you a car that you do not want. He is honest and straight forward. I can not say how nice the other people are but I can say that Matt Brown is AWESOME GO SEE HIM. He will not let you down.
