Their service manager Joe Kruppenbacher goes out of his way to insure his customers are satisfied. The Matthews Rewards Plus plan offers excellent value. Wait time very long. Took my car back to do an update they didnt/forgot to do when they had the car for 3 months. Service has really gone down hill the last 3 years.
