I am now a customer for life because of Dylan. He went above and beyond for us. Picked up the vehicle at my wifes job to gwt it registered and inspected. Gave her a loaner car so she could pick up our bo above and beyond for us. Picked up the vehicle at my wifes job to gwt it registered and inspected. Gave her a loaner car so she could pick up our boys, and then dropped our new vehicle off at our house after hours! Such great customer service and my only hope is that all of the salesman are like him. More

Thought Fuccillo Kia was different. They are scam artist like everyone else. I receive a letter in the mail stating they underestimated fees in my deal and are requiring me to pay or else my registration wo like everyone else. I receive a letter in the mail stating they underestimated fees in my deal and are requiring me to pay or else my registration won’t be processed. Let me say I have experience working at dealerships and any fees miscalculated were written off by sales. This company is disgusting and I will never again do business with such dishonest people. Bought my first Kia this week. Our Salesman, Allan Sevor, was great. He took over for another salesman and went over and above to help me get the car I wanted.
