My truck was here for 14 weeks. I had horrible experiences with Kia Customer Service. I had to cancel 3 separate vacations. I was paying a payment on a car that I couldn’t drive. Joe is service was great but everything else was absolutely terrible. I regret spending $65,000 for my vehicle there. I felt like even though I was considered a great customer, I was treated poorly at every level of Kia. More

I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment at 8 am with 3 cars in front of me. They did not even look at my car until I called at 12:30. It was not ready until after 3pm. Always very pleased with the work they do. I do wish sales would have called me to say my part was in that I had to pay for before I could schedule the work. I didn't know the part was in ti I do wish sales would have called me to say my part was in that I had to pay for before I could schedule the work. I didn't know the part was in til I called, then I called service dept and then I scheduled the work. If I hadn't called sales dept, I think the part would have just sat there for a few more days.
