I did speak with this customer, the dealership did attempt to help this customer. When asked why Brian Salamone and other managers that were not aware or involved were tagged in this review customer states she did not care if the people tagged were involved or not and that she felt everyone in the entire dealership deserved a 1 star review regardless if they had anything to do with the situation. Service did pay for the repair and I apologized anyway and tried to see if there was something we can do to regain this customers trust. She then hung up the phone on me.
