We brought in a flyer to see if we won a car. Hahaha right!! The sales people were all outside ready to pounce. Extremely friendly people; one guy came up to us and took our flyer, ripped the key off, right!! The sales people were all outside ready to pounce. We waited half an hour and left as he never came back. Maybe we won something good. We definitely didn't win the car. With service like that I'm glad I didn't give him my credit card, he might have taken off with that too. Hopefully the remainder of their sales and service people aren't like that. I definitely won't go back and probably won't provide a good reference to that dealership. More
Had a horrible experience with Todd in finance !!!!! DO NOT work with this guy !!!!!!!!!! I have purchased 35 cars in my life and this was the worst experience ever and I have had some doozies. My buying experience was very positive at Fuccillo Kia of Clay especially since my intent that day was to research cars and not to buy. The sales rep (Kevin) who spent a good part of the afternoon with us w Clay especially since my intent that day was to research cars and not to buy. The sales rep (Kevin) who spent a good part of the afternoon with us was courteous and pleasant but more importantly, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he showed us down to the smallest details. He was able to answer all our questions about the products and the buying process in general. When I expressed an interest in a 2011 Optima he, at my request, went to great lengths to find other cars for which to compare it. (Cleaning out a Hyundai Sonata that was not out for sale, and going across to another dealership to "borrow" and Nissan Altima.) With my confidence in the Optima reinforced, I felt comfortable making a purchase that day. The manager (Dave) was personable and available without making us feel pressured and I felt I negotiated a fair deal on the Optima with little stress. I liked the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and the customer comforts (fresh flowers, numerous televisions, a soda bar, relaxing furniture) made the short waiting periods less tedious. For all the blow hard commercials touting how he will get the deal done, this dealership was and overwhelming disappointment from the start. First the test drive where the salesman Ted had no idea about any the deal done, this dealership was and overwhelming disappointment from the start. First the test drive where the salesman Ted had no idea about any of the features of the car i was looking at. Second the sales manager going so lowball on a trade in quote for my vehicle he made drivers village deal look sweet. Third the finance manager making me wait 1.5 hours to tell me there is nothing i can do for you. Not because you have bad credit, but because we will not budge on our pricing of your car(lowball) and the sticker price on the vehicle you are going to buy. Why is Celine Dion concert playing over and over and over loud as xxxx? Is this a new sales tactic, and when i came in and for the majority of the time i was in the building i was the only customer there. And it still took that long to get basically nothing. For all the bravado Billy is definitely not huge. Would not recommend wasting your time here unless you got time to waste. More
went there after seeing a 2012 forte kia at the burdick dealership. Since they were very busy we decided to go to fuccillo kia of clay to check the car out. The sales person didn't know a darn thing .. said he worked there for only 3 mths. When we expressed we were interested in the 2012 forte kia he told me it wasnt out yet. We expressed to him that we just came back from burdick and they had the car in their showcase. He brought us to some 4 door kia and said that the car we're interested in was probably at one of the other locations. So I told him what location because I'm really interested in the car. He brought us inside so he can talk to his supervisor about it. When he walked in there the supervisor was so down right rude and talked so loud that we heard him .. he said .. that he needed a down payment for the car in order for them to ship the car to their location and that he would only deal with serious buyers. HELLLO WHAT DO U CALL MY HUSBAND AND I ??? the sales person came out and was goin to sugar coat what his rude supervisor said but my husband cut him off with " I heard what he said we will go back to burdick and give them our business" .. I just can't believe how rude they are. Will NEVER recommend that place to ANYONE and instead of fuccillo slogan as "we're HUGE" should be more like "we're RUDE " More
Dissatisfied. While the sale of my vehicle at Fuccillo Kia of Clay went fairly smoothly that is where their customer service ended. There is minimum service after the sale. I was told I was purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle which mine turned out to have issues in both areas. Issues the service department and management were unwilling to address seriously with 19 repairs at their dealership in 8 months. Instead they opted for quick fixes or just resetting dash lights. It was in multiple times for several problems and several times they just reset the system instead of trying to find the problem to fix it. When one of my sliding doors kept getting stuck they refused to fix it. It was difficult to get a loaner vehicle. At my last service visit there the Service Manager did not even want to tell me what work had been done to my van. Very disappointing experience. More
