It's been at This dealership took six hours to close a deal on a new Kia Sorento for me. Now it's broken and they have no sense of urgency to fix it. It's been at their service department since Aug. 15. It's now Sept. 7. And they continue to blame Kia. I'm sorry but I purchased a car from Fucillo. If they can't stand behind their product then what kind of business are they running? I expect them to replace my car now. I am done patiently waiting for some imaginary Kia technician to come and fix it. It doesn't work. It's unsafe. I'm making monthly payments on it and I can't drive it. End of story. Make it right, Fucillo. Be HUGE in a good way. More

The salesman said there would be no problem in fixing the issue. The service department refilled the Freon and we were on our way. About two weeks later the AC began to blow warm air. Come to find out the AC compressor was the actual problem. Being that we owned the vehicle for less than 30 days, we believed the dealership would fix the issue with no problems. Unfortunately they only agreed to cover half of the cost ($300). I couldn't believe what they had told me, so I asked to speak to a manager. This only led me to find out that this "reputable" dealership could not possibly afford to fix the broken part. What I forgot to mention was we live over an hour from this dealership. So after making several trips back and forth for diagnosis and trusting this dealer with our business, we were only left out to dry once they had a check in hand. The 3 month, 3000 mile warranty that they advertise for their used vehicles apparently does not cover something as important as AC. Did I mention this issue was not discovered until after being test drove by a buyer? So that means the broken AC was missed by their service department during inspection? That leaves little faith left in the mechanical condition of our $15,000 vehicle. Thanks for the cheap TV Fucillo! That will surely take my mind off your failure to back your advertised "quality" product. More
Not a low cost dealer When I purchased my new 2013 Kia Sorento I had first stopped at Kia of East Syracuse and found the model I was interested in. Worked out a deal inclu When I purchased my new 2013 Kia Sorento I had first stopped at Kia of East Syracuse and found the model I was interested in. Worked out a deal including trade in that I was happy with. Told salesman I wanted to think it over. On the way home stopped at Fuccillo. They had the same exact model and color. I told salesman deal I had worked out at other dealership. He left me waiting while conferring with sales manager. Returned and told me there was no way that they could beat it. I said if they just matched the deal I would purchase at Fuccillo since it was much closer to my home. After again waiting way too long, salesman and sales manager now came with a dismissive attitude to inform me that the deal from Kia of East Syracuse was not legitimate. Went back to Kia of East Syracuse and purchased car at quoted price and trade in. Was surprised because Fuccillo presents itself as a high volume, low cost dealer. More

Double Talking Sales Managers Leased a vehicle 3 yrs ago and should of taken that experience and never went back again, They told me one price and when they try to rush you threw t Leased a vehicle 3 yrs ago and should of taken that experience and never went back again, They told me one price and when they try to rush you threw the signing they raised the price by $20 a month and tried to lower the yearly milage by 3000 miles a yr.. I caught this at the signing and they blamed the girl out back and rewrote the contract. Fast forward 3 yrs. and my lease is up in 8 days my salesman Mike D. was helpful but his hands are tied to the sales managers (dealt with 2 of them) who are cocky and arrogant to say the least. I was told a price on the lease for the exact same vehicle I have now for all options & yearly milage. I showed up to do the deal (Nick on vacation) and another sales manager said they could not do that price and told me I would have to settle for a lesser car or pay more for the one I was promised. They lie to you and double talk and will side step the issues. I drove over to KIA E. Syracuse I got my original deal for the car I wanted and picked it up in less than 5 hours. Now that's HUGE Tom I would never set foot in a Fuccillo dealership again. More
Bad service department The service department at Fuccillo KIA on RT31 is either crooked or totally inept! For the past few years My 2007 KIA Optima has occasionally had The service department at Fuccillo KIA on RT31 is either crooked or totally inept! For the past few years My 2007 KIA Optima has occasionally had a check engine light turn on with a P0011 code. The engine always seemed to run perfectly fine when this code activated the check engine light. That code is for some camshaft timing error and it would usually reset itself after a few days to a week. Also, this P0011 error would become more frequent as the time for an oil change was getting near. But in June of this year the car had stalled three times in one day. So, I made an appointment with Fuccillo KIA service at the Clay dealership on RT31 to have them diagnose the problem. I suspected the engine stalling and that P0011 code may be related somehow, even though there was no check engine light activated at this time. On June 13th I dropped off the car for service and I gave the service manager (Mike) the history of the P0011 code that would pop up on occasion and asked them to find out why the car was stalling. On June 13th I get a call from Mike, and he tells me that the “tech found an internal camshaft failure and recommends replacing the engine”. He told me that the engine replacement would be $2000 - $3000 and that he would get the exact amount and would call me back on Monday to let me know what the cost would be. He also said that the car is “running fine now” and that I can pick it up. So I go and pay my $97.14 diagnostic fee and bring the car home. BTW, Mike (the service manager) never did call me back. After I got home I felt sick to my stomach thinking about a $2-3K repair bill coming my way. I then started on-line research for problems with Kia stalling issues and P0011 error codes. I found that my initial guess that the P0011 error code and the stalling issues are related after all. In fact, KIA has TSB’s (technical service bulletins) that directly address this issue. YES! KIA knows all about these issues… it is a problem with the OCV (oil control valve)!! These OCV’s are known by KIA to be problematic. They were so problematic that they had to redesign the OCV. Other things that can cause these OCV’s to malfunction are debris in the valve, low oil levels, dirty oil filter, sludge buildup or just a bad/problematic OCV. With this new information, I immediately went out to the car and checked the oil level and found it was low. Several of the sites I had found suggested an oil treatment to dissolve any sticky deposits and sludge in the oil pathways, so I purchased a quart of an oil treatment to clean out the engine and to top off the oil level. We drove the car for several hundred miles with that oil treatment in the engine and then changed the oil and filter. There has been no stalling or P0011 error codes since the oil treatment and oil and filter change… ZERO problems! I did replace the OCV last week with the new improved design just for the peace of mind. It took about 30 minutes for me to replace the OCV. For the 2007 Optima with a 2.4L 4cyl engine the upgraded part number for the OCV is 243552G000. So Fuccillo KIA charged me $97.14 for worthless engine diagnostics to get me to replace my engine at a cost of $2000 - $3000. After researching the issues myself, it turned out to be a low oil level and a known issue with the OCV. Oil treatment was less than $10, oil and filter change was $20 and the new OCV cost about $70. The cost to repair my engine that I was told needed to be replaced (at $2-3K) was less than $100 total… and it is running like brand new!!!! I am telling everyone what this dealership tried to do to me!!! Never again will Fuccillo get my business!!! They are just HUGE rip-off artists or have totally inept service technicians. Either one is more than enough of a reason to NEVER cast a shadow in their driveway again. More
I went in with my daughter to buy her a new car, because she had someone hit her and they totaled the car, the salesperson was very nice and knowledgable, but both sales managers were jerks. The last one th she had someone hit her and they totaled the car, the salesperson was very nice and knowledgable, but both sales managers were jerks. The last one that came over to us got very load and made an xxx of himself, when he said "if you think you can buy this car any cheaper someplace else you need to go there" and we did. They were at $19,000 total financed with $2000 in rebates and with $4,000 down and I went to Kia of East Syracuse and got $17,500 total financed for the same car, equipment and all with $4880 in discount and the same $4,000 down. I would never tell anyone to go to Fuccillo of anything ever. If that who Fuccillo's have as employees, again I would never tell anyone to go there. Billy Fuccillo you need to take a hard look at that facility and make some changes because those people are very rude....... More
Leased a new vehicle on Sunday with $2500.00 down and took delivery. Found out Monday there was a special on the same vehicle for 0% down and less of a payment that I dealt with. Called to get this spe took delivery. Found out Monday there was a special on the same vehicle for 0% down and less of a payment that I dealt with. Called to get this special honored as it was only one day later. After talking with the sales manager who fumbled all over his words trying to explain, I was basically told to beat it. Called another Fuccillo Kia dealership in Rochester and found out I did qualify for that special. This dealership is what gives car dealers a bad name. Stay away. More
