Your sevice department screwed up my oil change and refused to correct it without inconvenience to me. I informed you that I was leaving on vacation in the next few days, but all I got from you was we refused to correct it without inconvenience to me. I informed you that I was leaving on vacation in the next few days, but all I got from you was we're booked for 2 weejs. In addition, when I called on Monday and spoke to Sean I was told I would get a call back. It didn't happen. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, Newton Kia was gracious enough to take my car in right away and determined that my oil was down 2 quarts. Very interesting since you just did the 16,000 mile maintenance on the car the week before. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Matthews Kia and will be sending a complaint to your corporate office. More
