I needed help getting some recalls done to an imported car from Canada so I could register it in PA. I called 3 other dealers and all of them told me I had to take the car back to Canada because the neede car from Canada so I could register it in PA. I called 3 other dealers and all of them told me I had to take the car back to Canada because the needed work could not be done in the US. Only the manager at Matthew's Planet Kia was willing to help me. Shenna went out of her way to call Kia Canada and coordinated all the needed recalls. She was amazing, courteous and most of all honest with me, setting realistic time tables and expectations that she actually beat. I would highly recommend the auto shop here and I look forward to doing business with them on my next repairs. Canadian drivers in need of repairs need to go here first! More

Lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident. They lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident! We couldn’t drive it for 6 months because it was in the shop over 5 times. When we t They lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident! They ran the VIN and said it was in an accident. Kia never told us that! If they did we would have never bought this car in the first place. What a scam. Never NEVER go here. They can’t be trusted. LIED to us about the car fax and past accident. We bought a beautiful used Jeep there. They LIED to us!!! After 1.5 years we had terrible trouble with the Jeep. Engine light continually on. After be We bought a beautiful used Jeep there. They LIED to us!!! After 1.5 years we had terrible trouble with the Jeep. Engine light continually on. After being at the shop several times over 6 months we traded it in showing the next dealer all the repairs we had. The second dealer said they ran the vin and it was in an accident! Kia lies to us and said it never was in an accident. We would have never bought it. We were out a vehicle about 6 months and had to keep renting cars at enterprise. What a scam. We’ll never go there again!!!! More
