This place is second to none from sales, to service and everything in between. Amenities are always a plus with stocked coffee, hot chocolate, water and snacks. LIED to us about the car fax and past accident. We bought a beautiful used Jeep there. They LIED to us!!! After 1.5 years we had terrible trouble with the Jeep. Engine light continually on. After be We bought a beautiful used Jeep there. They LIED to us!!! After 1.5 years we had terrible trouble with the Jeep. Engine light continually on. After being at the shop several times over 6 months we traded it in showing the next dealer all the repairs we had. The second dealer said they ran the vin and it was in an accident! Kia lies to us and said it never was in an accident. We would have never bought it. We were out a vehicle about 6 months and had to keep renting cars at enterprise. What a scam. We’ll never go there again!!!! More

Lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident. They lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident! We couldn’t drive it for 6 months because it was in the shop over 5 times. When we t They lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident! We couldn’t drive it for 6 months because it was in the shop over 5 times. When we traded it into another dealer we told them everything and showed them the repairs. They ran the VIN and said it was in an accident. Kia never told us that! If they did we would have never bought this car in the first place. What a scam. Never NEVER go here. They can’t be trusted.
