I noticed since the new company took over it’s harder to make an appointment for an oil change .I thought there was suppose to be a quick lane but it doesn’t seem to exist. Had to schedule annual maintenance and inspection on my Telluride. Matthews KIA was able to get me an appointment quickly and as they looked up my vehicle also informed me that they needed to check a coup Telluride. Matthews KIA was able to get me an appointment quickly and as they looked up my vehicle also informed me that they needed to check a couple of recalls. I dropped the vehicle off the day before and my app informed me they started working on it first thing the next morning. All work was performed before noon and was able to pick it up with minimal impact on my schedule. Great team, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
