They try to please every customer sometimes they aren't satisfied with the outcome. My issue wasn't fixed the next day my car did the same thing that I brought in it for. The serviceman had my paperwork ready when I got there. Knew exactly what I needed and I requested the oil change. He told me, since I was waiting at the dealership that it would be up to 3 hrs. It was all completed in one hour and about 20 minutes!! Car was washed and vacuumed. Very Happy with the service!! More

Marvin was great. However, I was supposed to be given a car wash and vacuum. I did not receive a vacuum. I was looking for very specific criteria in what I wanted. Matt ( our salesperson) was helpful, informative and not pushy in any way. He allowed me to ask questions and make all the decisions in the process. There was never a mystery manager “in the back” that made every decision, it was Matt and Steve ( the financial guy). They both were wonderful and were able to get be approved. I was in there a total of 3 hours…And walked away with the car I wanted! 3 hours- walked in, searched, financial prep and drove away; compared to other dealers where you are stuck there for 7 hours and unhappy at the end of it. I also never regretted my decisions as I went, as I felt I had all the information and made the best choice for Myself. Not only would I go back there, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thanks Matt! And all who helped in my process. I am grateful and happy 😊 More
