Matt was great to work with and very easy to get a long with. He explained all the main functions of the car and also paired my cell phone with the blue tooth system. I had a problem with my Kia Forte trunk latch being constantly loose and the bolts falling out, I pulled into the dealership with no appointment, showed the service writers at the desk and Craig jumped constantly loose and the bolts falling out, I pulled into the dealership with no appointment, showed the service writers at the desk and Craig jumped up, went and got some tools and lock-tight and fixed it himself.....not even a mechanic but he went above and beyond as a service writer.....thank you Craig.
