Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass with just 60,k miles. . Rich said I can't give you a warranty but it's low miles and absolutely nothing wrong. 2 weeks later it overheated and stranded me and my daughter . Rich said I can't give you a warranty but it's low miles and absolutely nothing wrong. 2 weeks later it overheated and stranded me and my daughter in NY. I called and he said too bad, we will fix it for full price or go somewhere else. Rich scammed me. I bought 2 cars from there but never again. They knew it was broken and lied. Beware More

I had a problem with my Kia Forte trunk latch being constantly loose and the bolts falling out, I pulled into the dealership with no appointment, showed the service writers at the desk and Craig jumped constantly loose and the bolts falling out, I pulled into the dealership with no appointment, showed the service writers at the desk and Craig jumped up, went and got some tools and lock-tight and fixed it himself.....not even a mechanic but he went above and beyond as a service writer.....thank you Craig.
