I received great service when I had to have a wheel barring replaced on my 2021 KIA Soul. It was covered under my power-train warranty. I brought my car in because the hatchback latch was broken and kept locking up. It obviously needed to be replaced. In addition to the charge for the part and the labor ( which I have no problem with) broken and kept locking up. It obviously needed to be replaced.
