I took my car in for it's NYS inspection. I had set up an appointment ahead of time. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, sent me a text to let me know how to get hold of them if I had set up an appointment ahead of time. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, sent me a text to let me know how to get hold of them if I had any questions. The inspection was done promptly and when they came to get me they led me directly to my car so I did not have to search for it in the lot. More
