The Service Dept. is awesome. I only look at this dealership when I want to trade in my Subaru. Everyone is helpful. My last visit was for low tire pressure and I had is awesome. After 1 week of ownership transmission started having issues. Call for service to be done and salesman thinks he's a mechanic and stated "salesman said that it's normal but customer would like to have ch issues. I had to rent a vehicle at my own expensive while the new used vehicle is being looked at. Not a moron and have some knowledge about vehicles. Didn't buy a 2 year old vehicle to rent one. Also had issues with the registration not correct. Was to be registered to the business not an individual. First clue to this should have been the $10k BUSINESS check used for the down payment. So glad we paid $75 for screwing up registration. I will go to DMV and get it fixed myself if vehicle doesn't end up going back under lemon law. Has not been a good first 2 weeks of ownership. Plenty of blame to go around from sales department, finance department and title clerk. Take your pick! More
