Since i purchase a new car infrequently I would have appreciated knowing the procedures changed - for example needing a certified what I asked for. SERVICE DEPT. I am extremely happy with the Import/Kia Service Department. They treat me with respect, courtesy and don't try to sell me services I don't need at I am extremely happy with the Import/Kia Service Department. They treat me with respect, courtesy and don't try to sell me services I don't need at the time. They keep me informed of my car's maintenance needs that will be needed in the future. I bought my Toyota from Matthews and even though Matthews does not sell that brand, Matthews has always been upfront as to what services they can and cannot perform on my car. The 2 local Toyota Dealers have NOT treated me well at all and one has even lied to me and laughed in my face. In my 30 years of being a customer, i have NEVER experienced anything remotely like that at any Matthews service department I have visited. The service advisor, Wayne Truesdale, has serviced all of my vehicles for many years. More
