AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! I have had numerous problems with this dealership, including outright shoddy work done on a vehicle brought in, recently, for service. A number of the I have had numerous problems with this dealership, including outright shoddy work done on a vehicle brought in, recently, for service. A number of the mechanics, service personnel and one man from higher level management, who reviewed my complaints, provided lame and dishonest excuses for a highly questionable and crucial automobile part that clearly is an old, highly compromised, refurbished part that was incorrectly installed in the vehicle. This automobile part was to have been a new part from Hyundai, but is clearly a refurbished old part, or a tampered with old part. After only having had the vehicle for approximately two weeks subsequent to the service work having been completed, I took a look at this part in question and it was covered with extensive rust and does not fit correctly because part of the metal on the the bottom of the part was filed/sanded off (apparently as part of the refurbishing work) which allows for additional movement that will definitely cause the part to wear out more quickly than if had been a new part. Moreover, the replacement galvanized bolt holding the questionable car part in place is also showing extensive rust. The mechanics and the service personnel that I have dealt with at this dealership are untrustworthy, unreliable, undependable and outright liars. My wise recommendation for anybody reading this comment is that you run as fast as you can in the other direction from this untrustworthy dealership. More
Liars and crooks I stared my day at my credit Union. My loan officer printed me out my loan amount along with interest rate and monthly payments to brin to the dealer. I stared my day at my credit Union. My loan officer printed me out my loan amount along with interest rate and monthly payments to brin to the dealer. I went to Fuccillo on Erie. The sales guy was in my face the second I pulled up. He of course asked me if I was looking for a car. I said yup. I handed him the paper my loan officer gave me and asked him to find me a car. He seemed confused. He took a list out of his pocket which was almost shredded to bits and said he only had one car. He tried to put me in a 2011 Elantra for 13,500 with 35k miles on it when he told me it had 28k miles. Lie #1. I said sir please show me a newer car. He literally told me that there were no newer cars at 13,500. I said bull. He then said I wouldn't get financed. I said sir I'm approved for an auto loan through my credit union already. He went into some back room and came out 2 mins later and said that I wasn't and that nobody would give me a loan and that the print out I gave him couldn't be right because nothing was submitted and my credit never pulled. I said show me a 2013/2014 with under 30-40k mileage, and give me a purchas slip to bring to my credit union. He said we don't do that here. He then said the only car I could walk out of there with was the 2011 Elantra with 30k+ miles on it at 285.00 a month. I said give me my keys back. He then accused my wife and I of trying to lie to THEM because the print out I gave him couldn't be right because they couldnt see where anyone pulled a report on me and he also said my credit score was in te low 400,s. That's another lie because it's actually in the high 600's. Keep in mind I was already approved with my credit Union but he refused to submit anything to them and he refused to let me do it. So I told him off and left. Went to Sun Auto and wouldn't you know? I got a 2013 Elantra with under 30k miles for the price/interest rate I wanted. AND through my credit union. DONT do business with them. They're liars and crooks. The will not let you finance through your own bank only theirs for the kick backs. They will also mark up cars absurdly and talk you into a payment you can't afford. STAY AWAY More
Tires I would never buy or recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from Fuccillo on Erie Blvd in Syracuse. In April of this year I bought a 2014 Elentra, 4 mon I would never buy or recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from Fuccillo on Erie Blvd in Syracuse. In April of this year I bought a 2014 Elentra, 4 months later a tire blew and they said "you must have hit a pothole" If I had hit a pothole with such force to blow my tire, there should have been, at the very least a scratch on my rim.....and there is not!!!! $120.00 later, I had to buy a new tire with not even a suggestion that they would throw in the parts and labor, After complaining, the General Manager said he would send me a check for $50.00..WOW It took complaining to even get that!!! I have been a Fuccillo customer since 2006, and NEVER had a problem, until this car!!! Now, another 2 months later, for the past 3 weeks, I have taken my car to the dealership every week, because the tire pressure light comes on.....and low and behold...I need another tire....they must have given me a break because it was only $117 this time. Now they stated that there was a nail in my tire!! And of course on the sidewall!!?? Shocker, my fault again!! And I guess the little can of fix a flat they give you as a spare wouldn't have worked!!! THIS IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY THE SERVICE DEPT., THE MANAGER!!!! You can bet that next time I will buy a Hyundai from another dealer, one that will treat me as a customer and not a dumb woman....That's exactly how Fuccillo treated me.....like a woman who doesn't know anything!!!!! I am a single mother and I work everyday and within 6 months of buying a brand new car, I'm out the money for not just one but two new tires!!!! I have called to try to talk to the owner many times....well, of course, NO ONE can get ahold of him!!! If you buy a car from here, I suggest you check the horrible tires that come with it!!!!! Oh and they say that there is a tire warranty.......DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!!!! 2 tires blew in 6 months.......Just WOW!!!!! More

Recently I this would've been my 3rd car purchased from Fucillo, unfortunately the deal fell through because I was able to get a better interest rate from another dealership. I put down $600 certified funds and wasn't told that if there was a problem it would take more than 2 weeks to be refunded my money! John informed me I could pick up a check the same day I spoke to him and the "Alex" from the business dept. told me she would mail the payment Tues. Spoke to her today now it's Friday. How can these employees Not Know There Refund Policy? I am VERY Disatisfied. I will Never Purchase A Car From Fucillo Again! I will also be contacting News 9! More
Bought a used 2012 Kia Soul at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral During negotiations we were told the dent and paint damage would be repaired. And fuel tank would be full at delivery. But the day before signing p During negotiations we were told the dent and paint damage would be repaired. And fuel tank would be full at delivery. But the day before signing papers my wife was told they decided to pulled that out of our deal. And the night we took delivery fuel was only half tank. Salesman was going to take care of us so we went ahead and signed the papers and awaited the salesman's call. (He said would be the next day) Has been several months, we have sent emails and left phone messages...still no call. Spoke with Sales Manager (Xavier Villarreal) over the phone. He offered to wash the car, but did not apologize for us being lied to or acted like he even cared. All he had to say was that he already knew there was nothing he could do to make us happy. He said he had to look over our paperwork and call us back. That was a few months ago. He never called again. Even after our repeated attempts to contact him. Also, there is some type of glue above all 4 doors that was also supposed to be removed. There "detail" dept. did not remove that, but since it was raining when we drove it home, we did not see that until the next day. Also the greasy handprints on the drivers door panel. These were also concerns we had brought up to the salesman before buying the car (the 1st day we even looked at the car) and were told the glue would be removed and the door panel cleaned. Alos, there was some silicone residue they said they would clean. When we had it removed it was dicovered that there were 4 holes drilled in the roof that are now rusty and allowing water into the body of the car. More
Long story short: bought my 2010 sonata used. Have to go through Doan Chevy for services because of my extended warranty. Had a jerking when slowing down, doan had me waiting about 2 hours and 90$ later and through Doan Chevy for services because of my extended warranty. Had a jerking when slowing down, doan had me waiting about 2 hours and 90$ later and I had the problem still. I turned around and told them, went for a test drive and the tech said jerking is normal it runs perfect. I said it didn't run like tht when I first bought it. Tech said they all do it. Anyways I left because he kept telling me I'm wrong, went to fucillo Hyundai, didn't even have to test drive my car he knew what it was and within 30 mins my car was done and FIXED for free(60k warranty)Great customer service, very polite people, wish I had to go through them for my warranty instead of horrible doan! We were lied to by our salesman about a contest at Fuccillo where they supposedly were giving away a free car, paying off loans and giving away cash . IT WAS FAKE..Just a ruse to sell cars for the mo Fuccillo where they supposedly were giving away a free car, paying off loans and giving away cash . IT WAS FAKE..Just a ruse to sell cars for the month. After we found out we had been duped we talked to the General Manager (Xavier Villarreal) He did not deny it and did not offer any apologies. Just made it clear he did not care what the salesman told us. Made us feel stupid to have believed the salesman and finance manager. (The 2 that lied to us about contest) More
POOR SERVICE, UNRELIABLE CORRESPONSENCE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Took my wife's 2010 accent in for a tire repair (plug a nail hole) about a month and a half ago. The hubcap, which is held on by the ACCOUNTABILITY. Took my wife's 2010 accent in for a tire repair (plug a nail hole) about a month and a half ago. The hubcap, which is held on by the lugnuts, was put on such that it was covering the air valve. I didn't notice that right away, but once I did, I decided it wouldn't matter for a while, until I had to refill the tire. Yesterday, the tire needed to be refilled, so I took out the torque wrench from the trunk and attempted to loosen the nuts. One of them was on WAY to tight, and when I tried to get it off, the BOLT actually BROKE OFF OF THE WHEEL. Tried to call the service department, but was kept on hold for a long time, and eventually the receptionist picked up again and asked if I would leave a message. Took the car in immediately thereafter. Explained the situation (while no less than three service dep't employees stood by, not helping anyone... why couldn't any of these people have taken my phone call?), but as it was about 6:00 PM, no service advisor was available to speak with me (which is suspicious because this was a Wednesday, and according to their website, the service department is open until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays). Spoke with a service advisor named Mark today, who claims that they have no record of ever touching this particular tire. This cannot be true, as I do not have the physical strength to have tightened the bolt this much with just a torque wrench, and the car has never been serviced anywhere else. Also claims that, since they don't know how it happened, this does not fall under the bumper-to-bumper warranty (car is only ~15,000 miles old). I took the car to the dealership for a tire repair (which can be done anywhere) because I didn't want to be swindled by a shady repair shop... HUUUUUGE-ah mistake. More

Horrible customer service. Customer came in woth problem that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so that she needed fixed, Called Customer repeatedly "Sweetie" or "Hunny". Customer didnt quite understand something that the tech was telling her so when she asked him to clarify... he turns to his "BUDS" behind him and says "Who's on first?!". That should be grounds for a firing right there. More
