Steve, who seemed to work in sales or finances, though I'm not sure because he didn't say, was exceptionally rude. He was abrasive when he came to speak to us and was condescending in our interaction. He implied that I was stupid and foolish. The only reason I returned to Fucillo Hyundai at all was because of how much I liked John Hanmer. I refused to work with Steve again and instead made my final deal with Bill, who I liked and who treated me very well. On a totally different note, there were two Hershey bar wrappers in my sunglasses holder. I don't know what that was about and it honestly just made me laugh, but someone else may have had a different reaction. More
