This trip to the dealership for the truck’s issues was a pleasant one and everyone was very helpful. My only complaint is that I received an email that I had missed the appointment. I did not miss the appointment, I was there 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I think there might be a high turn over at this dealership. I was pleased that a gentleman named Nicholas Fear waited on me in service. I drove an hour and a half to have my schedule appointment fo dealership. I was pleased that a gentleman named Nicholas Fear waited on me in service. I drove an hour and a half to have my schedule appointment for, touch-up on side mirrors, tire rotation, and oil change that was set up for me when I purchased the car end of July. Tire rotation and oil change not needed but the paint was touched up. The mix up on the paperwork was a bit frustrating and Nicolas gave me his card and told me to call him at his extension if I'm unable to get in touch with anyone. The phone woudl just ring and no one would answer. We are all going through a transition and I'm hoping things get better. I do love my new car. More
