On January 22nd, 2025, I brought my 2024 Hyundai Kona to Matthews for its first Complementary Service. I was attended to my the Service Advisor (Ms. Dominique Scott-Henry.) She was very professional and courteous. She arranged to have the service completed within one hour. She also explained to me how the complementary service intervals are calculated. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the installation of the hitch. When I heard and they promised me a full coverage, they changed their words from $498.98 to 50% off ($299.49). Today, I received their confirmation for the appointment and again they changed their mind to charge me the full cost ($598.98)!I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I had several disappointments even though I trusted them when I bought my Palisade with the Tysan for my daughter and Santa Cruse for my son in the same day. These people scammed me with the Palisade hitch and they continue scamming me again and again claiming they are fixing the problem. More
