Asked to look in to my fob, it does not work, nobody looked in to it. Waiting area is bare, no water or anything. Received notification that my car was under recall. Made appointment stating that this was the sole purpose. Brought car in, nada arrangement for ride and left vehicle. Notified that yes car required Made appointment stating that this was the sole purpose. Brought car in, nada arrangement for ride and left vehicle. Notified that yes car required service d/t recall ( Hyundai knew this from VIN when notification sent out. ). Part “not available . Would have to order.” Needed to make another appointment, arrange for another ride home and back to shop. VERY VERY UNHAPPY W SERVICE. More

I brought my car in because it would stop while I was driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple things. I figured the dealership would be able to fix it. They said it was because I needed an oil change. Paid almost $200. Car was still doing it and it wouldn’t turn back on. I had the car towed back to the dealership and was told it would be looked at right away. They “looked” at it and told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I asked them to look at it again because I was scared of driving the car on the highway and getting hit. Same response. When I went to pick up the car it was dead, like no one had looked at it at all. And the car still had the same problem. I took it to another garage and they figured out it was the crankshaft. Something that cost barely anything to fix. I’m so disappointed in this dealership and how they handle their customers. Will never be going back. More
