I received an email showing this package deal for 484. 00 but when I brought my car in to get serviced I was told that they don't do this and it would cost more. Why send an email for me to bring my car 00 but when I brought my car in to get serviced I was told that they don't do this and it would cost more. Why send an email for me to bring my car in for this package deal if it isn't going to be honored. They only did 3 fluid changes and none of the other things that were supposed to be included for this advertised deal. I have brought my car in every time since I bought it there. Last time I brought my car in they forgot to change my oil and ended up charging me for it. So I had to bring it back again for something they forgot to do. I have been a very patient customer there but now I think its time to go elsewhere. The things that are advertised in the email are Replace Engine Oil and Filter Tire Rotation Replace Climate Control Air Filter Add Fuel Additive (recommended only if TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline is not available. See owner's manual for details.) Mathew’s Hyundai is a good shop always got good service, but Hyundai in general sucks! The 2015 Hyundai Sonata’s factory paint is terrible.
