The service and the service representative was very good. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because they said the service would be completed in about an hour and I waited an hour and 20 minut The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because they said the service would be completed in about an hour and I waited an hour and 20 minutes and I went to the service representative and asked him how much longer it would be and he said he’ll check on it and the service was complete after that. But the total time was over an hour and a half. I had a schedule appointment two hours after the service time and I just barely made it to my appointment. More

Poor service on lease vehicle. Wouldn't replace bent wiper arm. Could have been received that way. No communication or solution offered other than $275.00 to replace.
