I brought my car in because it would stop while I was driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple things. I figured the dealership would be able to fix it. They said it was because I needed an oil change. Paid almost $200. Car was still doing it and it wouldn’t turn back on. I had the car towed back to the dealership and was told it would be looked at right away. They “looked” at it and told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I asked them to look at it again because I was scared of driving the car on the highway and getting hit. Same response. When I went to pick up the car it was dead, like no one had looked at it at all. And the car still had the same problem. I took it to another garage and they figured out it was the crankshaft. Something that cost barely anything to fix. I’m so disappointed in this dealership and how they handle their customers. Will never be going back. More

Great service! I mistakenly came in for a appointment on the wrong day and Matthews Hyundai specifically Art still took my car in for service and repaired my car. One of two issues could not be found in the time they allotted so it was considered not a problem. But if you can show it to us bring it back. This was a bluelink issue. The second problem was a protective covering for the rear bumper to avoid scratching when loading etc. A piece was coming off in center. It was an option item and at the time of delivery we had to have the salesman point out to us where and what it was due to its similar texture and color to the rear bumper as it was difficult to determine the difference between the bumper and the protection. This was a $70. item we probably would not have requested. This item was fully peeled off and cleaned in that center space when returned. She explained that it was left over from the vehicles PDI before we picked it up new..... ( now this was over a year ago so my IQ just dropped 125 points) and I shook my head in disbelief and happily went on my merry way. Next I left a message that my responsible service manager call me. Long and short was he just would not answer my question of Do you think that I am STUPID? As he had no proper avenue to solve this issue and was only protecting his employee and company of any fault. He wanted me to take the automobile back to them once again but I insisted they pick it up and keep it to be able to trouble shoot the bluelink and get together with the sales department on the optional piece now "missing" from the rear bumper. I was NOT going to keep running around for their convenience. Just leave it there till you fix it ! ! Just refund us our expense for the superficial coat. He them said he would call when he made arrangements to find someone to pick up the vehicle. Last I heard from them 3 weeks ago. Well my thanks to Mr Dalarm for helping us out of such a simple task. It was an update on bluelink we discovered, that YOU couldn"t and the bumper is on Matthews reputation. More
