Again There has been one problem we have brought up on several visits and has "never been able to be duplicated". Failed to obtain parts required prior to my arrival I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced in my Lincoln MKX as part of a national recall. I spoke on several occasions with the Service Manag I made an appointment to have the airbags replaced in my Lincoln MKX as part of a national recall. I spoke on several occasions with the Service Manager as I needed to reschedule my appointment on one occasion. Despite this, and despite repeated communication from them that they were aware of my appointment, on the day that I arrived I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership before somebody came out and told me that they did not have the necessary parts to complete the repair. This was unbelievably frustrating as I do not have a tremendous amount of free time and I specifically took time off from work and drove 30 minutes only to find out that it was for nought. More

Long wait! I waited over 3 hours. The service I came in for was a tire replacement and a inspection. Inspection machine was not working and after 3 hours still d I waited over 3 hours.
