It was great. They went above and beyond. They had my car for about a month waiting for a part on back order. Normally Don't Like Going to a Dealership for Service...but I have always been of the thinking that I shouldn't go to the dealership for service because they cost a lot more and they may sign you up for things I have always been of the thinking that I shouldn't go to the dealership for service because they cost a lot more and they may sign you up for things that you really don't need. However, I was reminded about what a great organization Fucillo Hyundai is during this visit. They do a great job of creating the Hyundai Experience and making me feel like a valuable member of this community. They really catered to me, did exactly what I asked, not more, and also helped me with setting up some ancillary hyundai services at no cost that really improved my experience.
