The app is glitchy as xxxx, so this is not surprising. Could also be user error, of course. But at any rate, Fuccillo Service Dept was fantastic, prompt, and courteous. Great experience all around. Not having to hoof it to the dealership while I work 60 hour weeks is an amazing perk. Thank you! More

It was the best outcome possible I noticed the "malfunction indicator" light on my dashboard and called Fuccillo Hyundai. I was offered a same day appointment which surprised (and delighted) me. I brought a book and prepared for a long wait. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I was told what caused the indicator light to come on, a pricing estimate and how long it would take (barring any surprises). Fortunately, it was a minor issue and I was on my way within an hour. I was very pleased with the outcome. More
